Due to many different factors including regulations, we do not return liquor or wines once sold, except for defective wines under 5 years, which may be returned for replacement within thirty days of purchase. All returned wines must be accompanied with a receipt, the bottle, and over 50% of the wine intact.
We do our best to ensure proper storage, we cannot be responsible for any wines older than five years from the latest vintage.
Heat Damage During Shipping:
If a wine is damaged by heat during shipping, we will help resolve the matter with the shipper. However, we will only refund up the insured amount. If no insurance is purchased, then the maximum amount refunded will be the standard insurance supplied which is normally up to $100.
